Christian Moser is a German Attorney-at-Law (“Rechtsanwalt”) and Managing Director at Advocates Moser & Partner based in Bangkok (Thailand). He works in German and English language and has an advanced understanding of spoken and written Thai. Christian Moser is also one of the few foreign lawyers with litigation expertise and courtroom experience in Thailand. Furthermore, he has an excellent reputation as management consultant.
Christian Moser is an expert in international business law and political communication. He advises clients with their investment in Thailand covering in particular company law, contract law, international taxation issues and investment incentives. Prior to establishing Moser & Partner, he worked for Juslaws & Consult in Bangkok and previously for a business firm in Berlin with strong ties to China as well as for one of Thailand’s most senior litigators and contract lawyers. In Thailand, he advised clients in the fields of hazardous waste, plastic processing and biogas.
