Dr Nikolaus Adensamer is an attorney and has been a partner with Kerschbaum Partner attorneys at law (Vienna/Austria) since 2017. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati attorneys at law and was an assistant at the Department for Civil and Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
Dr Nikolaus Adensamer focuses on all areas of company law and group law, including the establishment of companies, the appointment of executive bodies, and ongoing advice, as well as solutions tailored to the client’s specific needs, and structuring work and advice with regard to national and international transactions (e.g. reorganizations and company acquisitions).
