Rita Nader is a Senior Legal Manager at Loeser, Blanchet e Hadad Advogados based in São Paulo (Brazil). Her practice is focused on corporate law, including reorganizations for large groups with local and foreign companies.
In this respect, she takes care of drafting and negotiating shareholders’ and joint venture agreements, amongst other cooperation agreements and legal assistance for clients with worldwide operations in the incorporation of subsidiaries and branches in Brazilian market. She also participates in shareholders’ and partners’ general meetings, drafts and reviews corporate documents for Brazilian companies (as limited liabilities companies or corporations). In addition, she works on M&A transactions and legal due diligence projects.
After her legal education she worked for various corporate law firms, inter alia Trench Rossi Watanabe. Rita Nader is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English. She is also independent user of German and Spanish.
