Teresa Baudis is a Lawyer at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Frankfurt. She advises companies and individuals in all areas of employment law with focus on employment law advice regarding restructurings, board remuneration as well as remuneration in regulated industries, litigation and the separation of executive employees.
She has extensive experience in the advice of employment law related disputes, in particular between employers and employees, but also with regard to negotiations between with works councils and unions and in disputes with pension insurance providers. Teresa Baudis studied Law at Goethe-University with a strong focus on International Law. After completing the First German State Exam she worked as journalist trainee at Frankfurt Allgemeine Zeitung and absolved her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt and at the Head Quarter of the Federal Foreign Office (Auswärtiges Amt) in Berlin. She worked as a specialist in employment law and civil law in Frankfurt before joining Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in 2018.
