Václav Šára is an Attorney-at-law at PRK Partners based in Prague (Czech Republic) specialising in banking and finance, capital markets and general corporate law.
He earned a Master’s degree (Mgr.) in law from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and a Master’s degree (Ing.) in international relations from the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics in Prague.
Vaclav joined PRK Partners in 2009 as an associate and is a member of the Czech Bar Association He has provided legal services to a number of major banks and financial institutions, notably in connection with preparing or amending contractual documentation, loan financing, etc.
