Since companies as employers are responsible for the work health and safety of their employees, the employers shall take certain steps. The right of the employer to regulate the execution of the work, the behavior of the worker, etc., without violating the Law and the employment contract, is called “Management Right”. Within the scope of this management the below measures may be considered:

1) The employer shall ensure the safety and hygiene in the workplace (for example, disinfection of the workplace and certain logistic measures)

2) The employer shall ensure that employees with chronic diseases, pregnant women, elderly employees and employees with health issues work from home.

3) The employer may impose travel ban for its employees.

4) In case of a management decision, all employees may be encouraged to work from home to the extent possible.
