An international IT company needed an experienced and specialized corporate lawyer in terms if contractual relations with customers and assisting in negotiations, but also to advise on alternative structuring of the activities (e.g. working with local sales/distribution partners) in Ecuador and Colombia. Digitorney identified five candidates for each country and also prepared a case summary enabling the selected lawyers to start working.
