Ana Chira is a Senior Associate at Bulboacă & Asociații in Bucharest (Romania) and member of the Corporate and M&A team. Her experience includes performing complex due diligence procedures, assistance in international transactions involving the acquisition and transfer of shares and assets, preparing shareholders’ agreements, implementing mergers and spin-offs as well as assistance in the day-to-day activities of foreign and domestic clients on various corporate and commercial matters.
Before joining at Bulboacă & Asociații, Ana Chira gained experience as member in the corporate and M&A team of one of the largest international law firms in Romania. She was also part of a young and dynamic law firm, advising on corporate, commercial and M&A matters.
Ana Chira has graduated from the Law School of the Bucharest University. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar and is fluent in English.
