Bruno Alberti, LL.M. is a lawyer (avvocato) Partner at Panzarini e Soci in Milan (Italy). He is specialized in real estate law and performs consultancy activity in favor of international investors in connection with their real estate transactions in Italy. Furthermore, he advises his clients on M&A transactions with reference to corporate and capital markets law matters.
Alberti also provides legal assistance to companies, with particular regard to civil and commercial law matters and cross-border transactions, especially between Germany, Austria and Switzerland on the one side and Italy on the other side. Following completion of his legal education in Milan and Germany, he has extended his legal studies in Munich and San Diego and has been admitted to the Italian bar in 1997.
