Cosmin Pohaci is a Senior Associate with Bulboaca & Associates (Bucharest / Romania) and is member of the Corporate/M&A and Competition team. Before joining B&A, Cosmin worked in two of the most important Romanian law firms, where he gained vast expertise in assisting and representing clients in complex cases in practice areas concerning competition, intellectual property, insolvency and reorganization, commercial law. Also, Cosmin is experienced in the practices of litigation and international arbitration.
Cosmin has been involved in several mergers and acquisitions projects, in due-diligence reports, in negotiating and drafting contracts, and provides valuable assistance to clients with regard to commercial, competition, intellectual property and data protection matters.
Cosmin graduated the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and holds a master’s degree in Business Law from the same university. Also, he has a LLM in Intellectual Property Law and Competition Law after graduating the master courses of the prestigious London School of Economics. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and of the Mediation Council.
