Dr. Matthias Niedermüller is the Founder of Niedermüller Attorneys at Law based in Vaduz (Liechtenstein).
Besides his legal education in Austria and Switzerland included a PhD at the University of Innsbruck and Master of Business Law (M.B.L- HSG) at the University of St. Gallen.
Prior to founding his own boutique firm in 2017 he has been working in London as well as with renowned Liechtenstein litigation firms as an Attorney and Partner conducting large multi-jurisdictional litigation matters.
Dr. Matthias Niedermüller specializes in Blockchain Law, Financial Market Regulations, Securities Law, Foundation Law, Asset Recovery, Civil and Criminal Litigation, M&A, mostly for international clients. Usually he attends multi jurisdiction matters involving cooperation with foreign colleagues.
Dr. Matthias Niedermüller is fluent in German and English.
