Dr. Thomas Rihm is a Managing Partner of Rihm Attorneys at Law in Zurich (Switzerland). He has been advising foreign investors on their investments in Switzerland for more than 30 years, be it on business and tax structures, financing concepts or cross-border sales organisations.

Dr. Rihm supports medium and small enterprises in their business operations including special situations such as employment law on a c-level, planning and implementing employee compensation plans, fat cat regulations and on immigration, tax and social security issues. Part of the advisory plate is the support in special entrepreneurial situations.
