Hasse Olesen is an Attorney-at-Law and Partner at Christensen Partners (Copenhagen/Denmark). His main areas of work are general corporate law, including a focus on commercial agreements, corporate transfers and corporate law matters.
Hasse has in-depth knowledge of and experience with a wide variety of commercial contract and contract types. In addition, he has gained extensive experience with business transfers at all levels, on both the buy side and sell side.
Moreover, Hasse has extensive experience in continuously advising owner-managed companies. In this respect, he has assisted a number of owner-managed companies from the very first considerations to the implementation of a sales process. Hasse also worked on capital raisings, including seed and venture capital investments and advises both established companies and start-ups on this.
His legal advisory is based on a sound business understanding and strong professional foundation. In his way of working, Hasse is informal and solution-oriented. Hasse has written a number of legal articles, previously taught at the University of Copenhagen and been posted to one of Denmark’s leading asset managers.
