Shaina Jabbar is an Attorney-at-Law and Partner at Christensen Partners (Copenhagen/Denmark). She is recognized as an expert in corporate law, fund law and stock exchange law and has extensive experience in national and cross-border corporate restructuring, including mergers and carve-outs, downstream and upstream structures, shareholder relationships, establishment and resolution of companies and funds, as well as all aspects of listed companies’ compliance with the stock exchange law and corporate governance.

Shaina has been appointed a member of the ‘Danish Lawyers’ Committee on Corporate Law and thus has a central position in relation to the ongoing development of the rules and practices in the fields of corporate law. She advises Danish and foreign industrial and financial companies and has participated as a corporate law specialist in a number of pioneering capital market and M&A transactions in Denmark.

In addition, through her many years of advice to a number of insurance and pension companies with restructuring, mergers and transfers of insurance portfolios, she has gained in-depth knowledge of the regulatory processes of major organizational changes in the insurance and pension industry.

With her commercial and practical approach, she ensures that the client gets the case in the best and most effective way and with a result that matches the client’s needs and wishes. In her advisory practice, Shaina places particular emphasis on value-creating results, quality and, not least, the personal relationship and close dialogue.

During her previous employment with Plesner Law Firm, Shaina was instrumental in launching Plesner’s award-winning school project, which she has been a co-ordinator, role model and coordinator for approx. Ten years. The school project is about helping challenged elementary school students in the last three years of their schooling so that they are inspired and supported to continue to educate.
