Digitorney helped a listed company from China to find a lawyer in terms of the acquisition of a majority stake in a German company. The objective was to involve an expert who’s fluent in English, German and Chinese. At the same time, the lawyer should have expertise in corporate law, management buy-outs and also foreign economy law. Digitorney identified five candidates and prepared the case summary. The Chinese company chose a lawyer who was then involved in negotiations, drafting and successful execution of the transaction.
