Dr Wolfgang Dannhorn is a German lawyer specialized in labour law. After his legal education he worked eight years in corporate law firms and developed legal software in parallel. In 2011, he founded his own law firm boutique based on a digital tool for social selection of planned dismissals. Later on, he established Cetonis AG as a digital-based consultancy for reorganizations.
